SHIPPING
Due to the customized nature of our products, the majority are made to order. We kindly ask for a timeframe of 2-5 weeks to fulfill your order. Should you require a specific item to be expedited, please contact us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping request for an additional fee.
Orders are dispatched based on the most favorable rate and transit time, as assessed by our shipping provider, taking into account the weight of the package and its destination. While we primarily utilize USPS for standard shipping services, packages may also be sent via UPS. In cases where the delivery address is a post office box, an alternative carrier may initially handle the shipment; however, the final delivery will be conducted by USPS to your PO Box.

CANCELLATIONS
Once 24 hours have elapsed from the date and time of an order, cancellations will no longer be available, and no exceptions will be made to this policy, as the product will have entered the production phase.
